Why so few listings?

Because attention is the asset. Twenty-eight properties is the maximum five people can represent well. We'd rather decline good homes than dilute the practice.

What's a "monograph"?

A 40-page book about your property — photography, floor plans, a written essay, the neighborhood. Printed and bound. Buyers leave showings with it.

Do you list on MLS?

Yes, on most listings. We also maintain a separate, discreet circulation list of qualified buyers and brokers we've built over fifteen years.

What kinds of homes do you accept?

Architect-designed residences, historic homes that have been carefully restored, and the occasional contemporary build. Typical range: $2M–$15M.
